We already known How to Sync Calendar between iPod and Mac, but what about Windows? It's still easy.

 

How to Sync Calendar between your iPod and Windows PC

Step1
Download the iTunes, then install it to your PC.
Step2
Plug in your iPod and launch the iTunes.
Step3
Check the "Synchronize calendars from Microsoft Outlook" checkbox, choose the program that you need then click "Apply".

See, now you have your Microsoft Outlook calendar in your iPod.
