Google has announced that they added some new features to its mobile search service. Now if you google some iPhone apps by name on your mobile device, you can receive the derect link of App Store, and you can see some information of the iPhone apps directly on the top of the search page, like rating, price and publisher. But it didn't work on every app. Just like the picture we showing on the left, if your search Shazam it works well, but if your type Twitterrific, it just shows regular search results. Keywords include the app name along with the words "app," "applications" or "download. And it looks like only the well-rated apps could be found. |

The suicide issue has turned spotlight to the Foxconn, one of the factory which makes Apple’s products. By now, there are 15 suicide victims who worked at the factory has been reported, and the crowd is anxious to find out the reason. What has happened in this factory? Maybe now is the right time for Apple to show their social responsibility, and they decided to do the right things. According to a well-know Chinese site Zol.com.cn, an IT portal under CBS Interactive, has reported that Apple will subsidy to the Foxconn's workers directly. The report said that Apple thought the low wages is the the main reason of the suicide jumps, to solve this problem, they will offer the workers 3% of the total price of iPad, up from 2.3% which they have paid Foxonn's workers currently. This is equivalent to the producing cost of the iPad aluminum shell-case. Now we need to wait for the official word from Apple, and we really hope this can exert positive effect. |
