An iPad site PadGadget said, "by digging in the iTunes database last night and it looks like Apple has already approved and list several iPad apps in the App Store." Now we can see that in Apple's more recent web interface, there're some apps marked as "HD", like Plants vs. Zombies HD, Worms HD, Ammoin HD, Flight Control HD, Grind HD, Azkend HD, HD Recovery, Labyrinth (Labyrinth) 2 HD, NBA Hotshot HD, NBA Hotshot HD, Numba HD, Sinterra HD, Sparkle HD. And if you click that app, iTunes would not let you to install it.
We can probably determine that "HD" in the title signifies the iPad version app. While these "HD" apps are not shown in our standard iTunes browser yet, but you can already see then in Apple's web inter face, just like below.
